Tiffany's Show Pattaya, a global entertainment icon, celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025. Founded by Mr. Sutham Phanthusak in 1974, the show has since been led by his daughter, Dr. Darin Phanthusak, who has taken it to new heights.
Initially a small cabaret revue, Tiffany's Show Pattaya has evolved under Dr. Darin's leadership. She was recently honored as a Master Entrepreneur at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025 Thailand Chapter, and the show itself won the Inspirational Brand Award at the same event.
Dr. Darin's vision aligns with her father's. Mr. Sutham saw the potential in transgender performers, building Tiffany's Show Pattaya into a global attraction. Dr. Darin continues this legacy, empowering her team and inspiring others. She has served as a Board Member for the SafeguardKids Foundation and an Honorary Member of the Baden-Powell Fellowship. Her leadership style is reflected in her co-authorship of the 2011 book 'Unboss', a global publication on leadership and innovation.
