Three sanatoriums managed by the Presidential Affairs Department are situated in Tuapse, Sochi, and Miskhor on the Black Sea. The center annually purchases vouchers for working and non-working citizens, including children with disabilities, for these resorts. However, due to limited capacity, priority is given to children's health, with approximately 1,500 children expected to attend this year, primarily organized groups and high-achieving students.
