K4I Forum Marks 15 Years of Driving European Innovation
The Knowledge4Innovation (K4I) Forum, based in the European Parliament, is marking a significant milestone. In 2024, it celebrated its 15th anniversary, a testament to its enduring impact on European innovation.
During the anniversary celebrations, a special edition of the K4I Forum's website was presented to European Commissioner for Innovation, Mariya Gabriel, in the European Parliament. This edition showcases the Forum's achievements and its vision for the future.
The K4I Forum, an open, independent, non-profit platform, is calling for actionable ideas to shape the eight focus areas of the EIA Manifesto. These areas include capitalizing on Europe's deep tech opportunities, regulating disruptive technologies, financing new technologies, promoting entrepreneurship, and supporting women innovators. The Forum's work has been instrumental in shaping the New European Innovation Agenda, with its EIA Manifesto integrated into the policy framework.
With a strong presence in the European Parliament, supported by 40 MEPs, the K4I Forum has organized over 500 debates and 15 European Innovation Summit events. It continues to catalyze innovative ideas by working with policymakers, businesses, startups, and academics.
The K4I Forum's 15th anniversary marks a significant chapter in its history. As it looks ahead, the Forum remains committed to driving European innovation, with its open call for ideas and ongoing collaboration with key stakeholders.
