IRCC Issues 511 ITAs to PNP Candidates in Latest Express Entry Draw

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held another Express Entry draw on March 12, 2025, focusing on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. This is the third such draw this month, with 511 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) issued.

Most draws in 2025 have centered around PNP candidates, with today's event being the third Express Entry draw this month. IRCC has issued a total of 33,940 ITAs to Express Entry candidates so far in 2025.

Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 706 to be considered in this draw. This score is higher than previous PNP draws, reflecting the increasing competitiveness of the Express Entry system. The draw was held at 10:35 p.m. Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).

Other draws this month targeted candidates in education and healthcare and social services categories. Throughout 2025, draws have also been dedicated to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class and priority categories.

Express Entry continues to attract diverse candidates from over 100 countries, with many registrations from countries like India, China, and the Philippines. To be eligible, candidates must have created an Express Entry profile before the specified time. With 511 ITAs issued, today's PNP draw brings the total for 2025 to 33,940, demonstrating IRCC's commitment to welcoming new immigrants to Canada.
