Introducing the Fresh Trekker Campervan Lineup from Swift

Swift's New Trekker Campervan Range Debuts with Elevating Roof

The recently unveiled Swift Trekker range offers adventure-seeking individuals two exceptional campervan models: the Trekker XL and the Trekker X. Both models cater to families or small groups with seating arrangements and sleeping quarters for up to four individuals.

Equipped with smart 16-inch alloy wheels and powered by a Euro 6D 170bhp, 2.0-liter TDCi EcoBlue engine with a six-speed manual transmission, these campervans built on the Ford-Transit platform boast a modern Grey Matter exterior.

The interior of the Trekker XL features a fold-down bed at the rear, offering not only comfortable sleeping arrangements but ample storage as well. The other two berths are positioned within the pop-top roof, providing a moulded roof hatch with lighting and USB points. The Trekker XL measures 5.53m in length and comes with an OTR price starting at £70,995.

The Trekker X, with a length of 5.91m and an OTR price beginning at £71,995, offers additional space featuring a bigger rear bed and improvements such as a Dometic 20-litre oven and grill and a 70-litre Dometic compressor fridge. The kitchen includes a combined Dometic two-burner stainless steel hob and sink, as well as a 50-liter compressor fridge. The washroom comes equipped with an Ecocamel Jetstorm showerhead and Thetford cassette toilet.

Both models have an MTPLM of 3500kg and a width of 2.11m, with a single option available: the choice of upgrading to a 170bhp, 2.0-liter TDCi Ford EcoBlue engine with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Following this launch, the new models follow in the footsteps of the Voyager series sub-range from the motorhome manufacturer, which claimed two awards at the 2024 Motorhome Awards on our website.

Other notable news includes the removal of the Autograph range from Bailey's website, with the next-generation model set to arrive next year. Additionally, the Caravan and Motorhome Club has provided further information about the cyber attack that occurred in January.
