Hotel chain Kimpton® launches its Spanish venture in the lively Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.
In the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, a new gem has emerged. The Kimpton Vividora Hotel, a unique blend of contemporary luxury and heartfelt hospitality, debuted on Thursday, 20th February 2020. This marks Kimpton's first opening in Spain.
The hotel offers 156 guestrooms, 10 suites, and features three dynamic restaurants and bars. Each guestroom borrows inspiration from a stylish Barcelona apartment, featuring locally designed furniture and artwork, Vifa Bluetooth speakers, and exclusive luxury bath amenities.
The hotel's design was inspired by local interior design studio El Equipo Creativo, featuring a mix of terracotta and vibrant blues, and a Mediterranean colour palette. The design-forward tokyobikes and Kimpton Vividora Hotel branded skateboards are available for guests to explore the city.
The hotel includes a rooftop terrace and pool offering panoramic views of the city. Terraza de Vivi, the rooftop of Kimpton Vividora Hotel, offers an ingenious selection of cocktails, small creative dishes, and panoramic views of the city.
Fauna, the main restaurant on the first floor of Kimpton Vividora Hotel, is inspired by an elegant Barcelona home and offers a Mediterranean culinary experience with a creative touch. Cafè Got, located on the ground floor, offers local artisan coffee by day and natural wines, homemade vermouths, and signature cocktails by mixologist Adrià Batlle by night.
