In the heart of Japan, the Osaka Expo continues to draw crowds, with the cumulative number of visitors reaching an astounding 20 million on its 159th day, on September 15. This rapid pace of attraction has continued, leading up to the Expo's closing on October 13.

The 2025 World Exposition in Osaka has surpassed the 2005 World Expo in Aichi Prefecture in terms of visitor count, achieving this milestone on its 176th day. As of September 19, the Osaka Expo had drawn an impressive 20,037,000 visitors.

On October 13, a 26-year-old female corporate worker from Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, in southern Japan, visited the bustling venue. She described the Expo as very crowded, echoing the high daily visitor count, which is now estimated to exceed 200,000.

The organiser of the Expo estimates that this high daily visitor count will continue until the closing of the event. The data was released by the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, providing insights into the success of the Expo.

Interestingly, Japan has not publicly disclosed which nation sent the most visitors to Expo 2025 in Osaka. However, Austria's pavilion alone has attracted over one million visitors since the Expo opened in April 2025, indicating a very high visitor count for Austria.

The corporate worker's occupation was not specified beyond being a corporate worker. Nonetheless, her visit to the Osaka Expo adds to the growing list of individuals who have been captivated by the Expo's offerings.
