The landscaping design, overseen by Daniel Baffsky from 360 Degrees, incorporates lush native and tropical greenery, creating a rooftop garden retreat. The garden area features an eclectic mix of native and exotic flora, including edible species such as lilly pilly, feijoa, and lemon myrtle.
George Livissianis, an interior architect, collaborated on the project, creating a space with soft organic curves, natural materials, and custom artwork by local artists. Louise Olsen, co-founder of Dinosaur Designs, contributed a luminous abstract digital mural for the vaulted Barrisol ceiling of the hotel.
The rooftop pool is equipped with Sukabumi tiles, underwater speakers, and boasts a retro LA vibe with burnt orange sunloungers, umbrellas, and cabanas.
Wunderlich Lane, home to The Eve Hotel Sydney, offers a variety of dining and drinking options. Olympus Dining, a circular 200-seater Greek arena, is a favourite spot for the city's hipster gourmands, with its interior featuring a 50-year-old bougainvillaea tree beneath a retractable glass-domed roof.
