Beginning June 1, residents of Siberia will have direct access to Sochi's sunny beaches, courtesy of new flights connecting the two cities. According to Sochi Airport's press service, the flights will commence on Sundays at 19:25 from Sochi, and on Mondays at 07:55 from Bratsk.
These flights will be operated on modern Boeing 737-800 aircraft, offering both economy and business class service. Ticket prices start at 10,500 rubles per passenger.
Previously reported, flights from Uralsk to Sochi are set to launch on June 5. The only airline offering direct flights between Sochi (AER) and Bratsk, as confirmed by sources, is NordStar. The route operates seasonally from June to September.
Travelers are advised to check NordStar's official website for exact departure and arrival times, as schedule details were not provided in the initial report. Booking tickets in advance is also recommended for securing better rates.
