Banyan Group Celebrates 30 Years with Global Festivities and Conservation Initiatives

The festivities culminate in the opening of the group's 100th property, Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore. The celebration, titled 'Banyan Tree Group Turns 30', features curated cultural experiences and conservation initiatives across 20 destinations worldwide. Activities range from Tibetan black pottery-making and zen meditation to exploring rock formations and bamboo rafting. Guests can also contribute personal stories and reflections for a chance to win e-gift cards or complimentary stays.
The group operates 12 brands, including Banyan Tree, offering experiences from cooking classes to diving expeditions. The Mandai Rainforest Resort will offer nature and photography workshops celebrating Singapore's biodiversity. Conservation initiatives include coral conservation, bird conservation, and sea turtle releases. Community-focused programmes involve providing clean water access, artisan collaborations, and youth mentorship.
Banyan Tree Group will match festival ticket proceeds 1:1 and donate funds to the President's Challenge in Singapore. The group's commitment to sustainability and community engagement is evident in its anniversary celebrations.
