Applications are now open for ALB Asia's Top 15 In-House Legal Teams of 2025
The Asian Legal Business (ALB) is delighted to announce the launch of the ALB Asia's Top 15 In-House Teams 2025. This prestigious list aims to recognise and honour in-house legal teams in Asia that have demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and impact in the legal landscape.
The deadline for nominations is fast approaching, with the final date set for Monday, 13th January 2025, at 6:00 pm Singapore Time. Interested parties are invited to submit their nominations to [email protected]. All nomination forms must be completed in English.
To be eligible, in-house legal teams must have a physical office in Asia, a headcount of two or more counsels, and have been permanently based in Asia for the past 12 months (1st March 2024 - 1st March 2025). The teams must also be driving efficiency with AI, enhancing proactive risk management, and strengthening strategic oversight.
Submissions will be evaluated based on a number of factors, including team performance, market recognition, industry impact, team dynamics and leadership, past and existing achievements, key work as strategic and risk advisors, contribution towards operational efficiency and business, and profile of deals/cases handled by the team.
The list will also honour teams that embrace change through technology, behaviour, business model, or service innovation. Other accomplishments such as educational, pro bono, or charitable work will also be considered.
The ALB editorial team, along with peer commentary and market feedback, will take these submissions into account to compile the final list. Interviews may be conducted by ALB if necessary. The list will be announced in the March 2025 edition of ALB Asia magazine.
Lawyers are encouraged to recommend in-house legal teams for the ranking. However, it is important to note that submissions do not guarantee a place on the list. ALB does not have the obligation to explain the inclusion or omission of any specific submission.
